unreachable address and Error code 11: bad URL?

I am getting and errorcode11 bad URL when attempting to access my portal from the android app on my tablet. It worked previously and I am also getting the unreachable address error on the portal here on RA?
My DNS is still showing my current IP. Any one else run into this, any thoughts?

also, my RA wifi is no longer showing up in my attached devices for my router?

Can you try rebooting the wifi atatchment?
Also, you may want to restore to factory settings and set iy up again.
I've seen cases where settings were not saved correctly that caused this behavior.

I'm getting this all the time where I have to restore to factory settings and set it up again. Why does the wifi expansion unit only keeping the settings for a few hours and then bombs out?
