WIFI troubleshooting

I'm getting the same ip: 0.0.0.0:2000 error as a lot of people when i try to program my wifi attachment. I quit using it years ago because of the lack of programming space for both wifi and LED dimming. I went through the manual and was going to try the terraterm(sp?) program, but it is no longer hosted at the address listed in the manual. I also saw another suggestion in the forums to use an older version of the programmer, but I am unable to find one in the download section. Any links/advice? using windows 8.1 PC for programming, programmed the controller fine, hit a roadblock with the wifi.
