Times and time zones

I forGet if I set time for cloud to start and end do I put that time in as my local time?
Like if its 9am Eastern Standard Time where I'm located and I want the cloud to start at 9 a.m. will I just put 9 a.m. or is there a different time zone I put in or did that just have to do with offset and stuff for geolocation?

It should just be local time, as it goes off the time on your RA.
