Portal Internal Memory Question ?

Just wondering what these settings are.

Go to Portal, Internal memory, ATO :

Choose water level expansion

High and Low.

Low Level XX %
High Level XX%

I think mine are 63% I never changed them.

Those setting are for water level expansion and if you are using internal memory settings

What do they do ?

I am using the 2 float set up in a 10 gallon sump. Level changes are almost 4 inches of water.
