Cloud Connection: Disconnected
I had the star running without issue for a while. Two days ago I couldn't connect to the network from the uapp. I tried rebooting the controller, but it still won't connect. I also tried deleting and re entering the forum information on the uapp, but no luck. Please advise!

I am having the same issue, it looks like an issue with the cloud server. I messaged roberto and Let him know

For me it says that it is connected now, but won't update. When I try to turn a relay on it just times out. On my star itself it still says disconnected

The portal is showing current date and time under "last update". The Uapp says cloud status is connected, but the time, date, parameters and relays are not updating.

No it says cloud connection is disconnected on the controller.

Has your controller ever been connected to cloud server?

Yes, everything was connected and running for the past 18 months.

What other options can I try? Can I do like a factory reset on the controller?

I did when I was trying to troubleshoot after it wasn't working for a few days, but I changed it back.
