Need help with RA+ and wifi attachment
I've been out of the hobby for few years and I'm trying to revive my RA+ with WiFi attachment without success.
It looks like lots of things have changed. I tried to read posts on the forum but lots of them are old and not valid anymore.
Background: I have the RA+ with the WiFi attachment (no cloud wifi), expansion hub , 1 expansion relay box and dimming expansion.
I don't have any PC's or androids. I have only Macs and iPhones. I worked in IT for many years.
This is what I did so far:
I updated the WiFi attachment using CoolTerm. I'm getting slow green blink.
I updated RA+ using Uapp v4 wizard.
I can see the RA+ in my router.
Port 2000 is open in my router and forwarded to RA+IP
Going to "http://RA+IP" I get "Reef Angel Controller Web Server"
Going to "http://RA+IP/wifi" I get a blank page.
Going to Uapp -> I see Cloud Status: Connected, Last updated: Never, Current mode: Normal
Going to Uapp -> Relay I only see Main Box (no expansion relay box) and can't do anything.
Going to Uapp -> Setting I see Controllers: bece13 cloud active, Cloud modules not found (I don't have Cloud WiFi)
What am I doing wrong?
Should I still be able to access my RA+ on "http://RA+IP/wifi" instead of getting a blank page?
Can I still access RA+ directly on my local network?
Any help will be much appreciated.

Re: Need help with RA+ and wifi attachment
So it looks like you did everything correctly, the issue was on my end. It set you as a Cloud User, which it shouldn't have. If you delete your Controller in the Uapp and resign in you should be able to see your data now.
Sincerely, Brennyn

Re: Need help with RA+ and wifi attachment
Working now from my Mac. Thanks
Should I still be to acces my RA+ on my internal network without going to internet (like going to "http://RA+IP/wifi")
Do you accept multiple connections at the same time?
I tried to go from my iPhone using wireless date and trying to connect to Uapp from the forum page (logged in on forum) and asks me to add controller and when I do that it says failed login and noe I believe I have to many tries.
Am I doing something wrong?

Re: Need help with RA+ and wifi attachment
Yes you can log into as many different devices there is no limit. If you enter your username and password wrong to many times wrong in a row withing 5 minutes it will block you from attempting to log in for 30 minutes I believe.
You can still use your Internal IP for http commands as well, its just not supported in the web version of the Uapp. Once the IOS and Android app versions are approved you will be able to do add the internal IP of your Reef Angel and communicate directly from the Uapp.

It should be fixed now, delete your controller from the Uapp, then readd it.

Re: Need help with RA+ and wifi attachment
Can the Ra+ with wifi attachement be accessed directly from my internal network when there is no internet?

Not with the current webapp version of the Uapp. The Android and iOS version it's possible but they have not been approved for the app store just yet.

Re: Need help with RA+ and wifi attachment
I seem to be getting the exact same issues. I have done all the updates to both the wifi attachment and RA+ as directed. Port forwarding has been confirmed. Yet, I am still unable to connect.

Re: Need help with RA+ and wifi attachment
Thanks Brennyn for the quick reply.
I am using RA+ with an original WIFI attachment. The WIFI attachment has been updated using Tera Term 5 with the edited .ttl file (no space in ssid or pass). I am getting a slow green blinking and I can connect on local WIFI using the old RA status app. Also can connect to "Reef Angel Controller Web Server" on my browser using RA+ ip and port 2000. Confirmed in router that RA+ is connected status and port forwarded to 2000.
I have attached the updated code I uploaded to the RA+ via the Uapp Wizard.
In the Uapp I see: Cloud Status: Connected, Last Updated: Never, Current Mode: Normal

Re: Need help with RA+ and wifi attachment
I think everything you have is working, but I wonder if you Wifi Attachment didn't update correctly and its sending the data to the old server. Can you try updating it again?

Re: Need help with RA+ and wifi attachment
You are right! I have been pulling out what remains of my hair.
Looks like I needed to change the baud rate. I ran it without and it seems to be loading and running through the update without changing the baud... I was wrong. All works PERFECT.
Cant thank you enough!!! In love with my RA again.
