The adapters are for 0.15" OD to 1/4" OD tubing.

One of my dosing pump's head is not working. The light comes on on the realy box when it's time to dose, but the dosing head does not spin, the other head is working...I only had the dosing pump for about a month. I do not know if it needs to be replaced. I am dosing 2-part but it seems only 1-part is working. Please help as my tank is geting imbalanced dosing with your pump... :(

Remove the pump head. Does the motor spin?
Place the head again. Does it spin?

Did you remove the pump head?
It doesn't spin at all even without the pump head and plugging into the wall?

Can you post a photo of it without the pump head and plugged in the wall?

I removed the heads from the dozer pump, number 1 spun (no problems there), but pump number 2 did not spin at all ( while plugged in wall)....the dozer appears to be defective can you "replace" the pump at no cost to the buyer as this pump is defected.
Thanks!

I'm having trouble with both of the dosing pumps leaking water. First it was pump 1 last week which was pumping all the water on the floor and now pump 2 seems to have a slower leak and is also pumping water on the floor of my cabinet.

Nothing but RO/DI water going through these pumps. They're programmed to dose 15 seconds every 5 minutes.

Is this a manufacturing or design defect? I'll take the chance of repairing or replacing them once but I can't keep risking pumping water out onto new carpet.

Edit: Pump 2 is no longer a partial leak, it's all going out onto the floor now. Both pumps leak from the bottom of the circular white protusion. At least I know why my pH was so low this morning.

They were not designed to be used in such application. The tubing is made of silicone and will not withstand the job you are putting it through. The motor is also not designed for that and will wear out very fast. That is why it is meant for dosing only.
You need pharmed tubing if you are trying to implement ATO with peristaltic pumps. There is an ATO pump which is available at the webstore for this purpose. They come with pharmed tubing and much higher flow rate.

I'm dosing kalk, the pumps are being used to topoff RO/DI in a non-pressurized Precision Marine kalk reactor. A peristaltic dosing pump is the correct pump to use for this application which is why I bought this one.

Are you still selling this? I don't see it under your products.

Not anymore.
It has been replaced by the single pump version

I hope you bring it back. I dose 2 part not one part. Part of the appeal is not having to need another outlet. I'm already maxed

You still needed two outlets with the previous pump(s)

Yes you will still require 2 ports for the old version 2 channel dosing pump. But think Roberto is working on this :)
