Ok - I orderded my reefangel a bit ago, but have been using the pre-loaded software...well, it's time to get this thing fully functioning.

I would want the outlets controlled with the following:
Day lights - on/off at daylight/dusk
actinic lights - on/off 45 min before and after day lights
moon lights - on/off opposite day lights
CO2 - off on at pH 7.9 - can I set off at 7.85, then back on at 7.90 - so it's not constantly going on/off?
non-controlled tunze - on for 3 hours, off for 6 on for 4 - only from 8 am until 9 pm - same every day
fan- on when when water temp > 79.5, off when water temp <79.5
return pump - can go off with feeding mode (although I use this more for photo mode :P)
skimmer - same as return pump

So - I am totally illiterate when it comes to programming this stuff...I have tried to read the forums, but I am just more confused...
I even tried to just look at the menus on the controller, it is supposed to have the following menus -Feeding
Water Change
Lights ->
Temps ->
Timeouts ->
Setup ->
Version
Exit

where are these menus? I have 14 options in the menu and none are those as listed above...

Here is what I suggest: Try the Reef Angel Wizard.

Download the latest RA installer from the website: http://www.reefangel.com/Download.ashx
Just to be sure, delete or rename your "Documents\Arduino" folder.
Install the new RA Installer
Open Arduino
Go to menu Tools->Reef Angel Wizard

ok- not to look clueless still......but...I downloaded the Mac Arduino - I cant find Reef Angel Wizard anywhere in any of the menus...
Roberto - what do you mean "delete or rename your "documents/arduino" folder?
Installed new RA installer (I just open it as it is saved on the device)
opened...
Here are my options in the "tools" menu:
Auto format
Archive Sketch
Fix Encoding and reload
Serial Monitor
Board
Serial Port
Programmer
Burn Bootloader

Disregard the delete folder if you are using Mac.
We are going to overwrite it anyway.
Did you follow the intructions on installing it?
On Mac, you need to move at least two folders. One to the Applications and one to Documents
http://www.reefangel.com/Support.Settin ... puter.ashx
After you move those 2 folders, you should have the wizard available.
