I am having the same issues as a previous post of 'error uploading" by thavngr98. I used that post to troubleshoot to no avail. The only difference i have with my system is i have 'com 4' instead of 'com 3'.

I am usingthe RA+ with windows 7

Did you change the board to Reef Angel Plus on Tools->Board?
