I would like the Heater outlet to be on and the let the heater control the temperature but have a failsafe to turn off the outlet if something goes wrong with the heater..

I have this so far but not sure what to put for the outlet

ReefAngel.OverheatShutoffPorts = Port4Bit;
// Use T1 probe as temperature and overheat functions

just curious, what heater are you using? You think it'd be more accurate than a controller controlling the temperature?

With the controller controlling the relay for heater, you could also see when the heater is on and off throughout a time period using the portal.

Not even sure the model heater I have.. Has a temp display and all that... but I decided to Let the controller do it anyway and also put in the overtemp code just in case..
