My actinics and day lights are messed up... They come on for a split second then turn right off...I unplug them and plug them back in and the same thing happens. My frag lights on the same box are working fine. I plugged the actinics and day lights into a power strip not controlled by my RA and the same thing happened... I'm guessing this might be the ballasts driving my T5s?

That's what looks like.

thanks...even though the ballasts are plugged in all day and getting juice from the box, they are cold to the touch...
