Main relay port #6

Port #6 trips my gfi breaker every time I shut off whatever is plugged into it. I've tried switching pumps & powerheads, does not matter if it is something drawing 6w or 35w it will trip. Several problems with this - I can't run the wavemaker function and I just bought some new powerheads specifically for this and I can't have them shut off on feed mode or water change mode. Do I have a faulty relay box?

Port 5 and 6 have components to dampen the inductive spike generated by constant on/off of powerheads.
Maybe this is influencing on your gfci.
Does the port function accordingly if you don't use the gfci?

Haven't tried a non gfi but port 5 never trips it, and I've hammered 5 with the same gear trying to trip it.
