My Client get stuck all the time and is not updating the charts. I have to go to setting, controller and click show date and time then it will update the chart. I dont have wifi, the RA is connected via USB cable. Libraries and software updated to the newest version. The code was recently generated by use of the wizard. Everything works like it should except the client which do not updates the readings/charts. Sometime it keeps updating the readings for a few hours then stops. You can see it on the chart as a strait line.

Could you suggest something that I should check, change, correct to get the client working smoothly? I would appreciate any help with this problem.

So the chart stops updating for a few hours and then resumes automatically?

Attached is the error log file (pdf). This is just from one day.

It does not resume automatically even after several hours. I need to manually click setting, controller, show data and time, then it updates but obviously it is a strait line.

You will have to wait for him to help.. I don't have the client even installed... What all do you use the client for?

I use the client for almost everything eg.
1. to monitor the temp and pH
2. to adjust the parameters (pH, lights, et cetera)
3. to send the notifications (alarms) to my email
4. to monitor the parameters on my cell
5. to turn on/off pumps lights if needed (the arduino display is too small for me to work with it)
My laptop is connected via usb with the RA all the time.

Cool Was just curious as I'm on a mac and I don't have the Client...
