Getting closer with mac/RA set up - time out error

Hi Guys.
I ahve got wifi working
Can upload int memory and basic progrma and also reload previous programs
But when I come to upload the program that I just created using RA wizard it falls over at the last hurdle ith a time out error ( see below). Any thoughts?
