ragen wont start

Hey,
I installed RAGEN, uploaded the internal memory step, then when I try and run RAGEN again, I click the icon, the "hourglass" circle appears for a few seconds, and the program never starts...any ideas? Im running Windows 7...

same as mine, i solved it by restarting the system.

Thanks...but I restarted my system and RAGEN still won't start....

uninstall/ reinstall, install as admin. then reboot.
