reading the directions and i have gotten stuck on step 6 of loading your initial memory settings

it says to go to file-sketchbook-example codes and select initialinternalmemory..
when i go to file sketchbook a right arrow appears but there is nothing to pick

im using a mac if that matters... i have the tools board set as RA w/ optiboot

appreciate any advice....i have printed and read alot before unboxing but seem to be stuck here

You need to make sure to copy the arduino folder that comes with the Mac package to your Documents folder
