Hi I got a reef angel controller from a friend and do not have the usb-ttl cable,is it possibble to programme it using the usb port on the relay box. At present the screen is only showing error codes so I am unable to even use the standard programme,is it possibble to make my own ttl cable and how would I go about making it. I have a usb cable and. Wires with the pins for the ttl port.

The USB port on the relay box doesn't carry USB signals. It carries our expansion bus signals.
You've got a few options.
1. Buy another cable in the webstore.
2. Buy another cable somewhere else.
3. DIY your own cable with FTDI chip or any other USB-Serial chip
4. Buy a break out board that converts USB to Serial
