So I have a little problem . I thought that I had saved the most recently uploaded code for the RA but I can't find it. Is there a way to download the code from the controller itself?

Unfortunately, no. It is probably on your computer in the arduino folder under a subdirectory labeled with either the date or some file name that you might have given it. Look in documents\arduino
