I have a stuck relay in my add on relay box. My refugium light is stuck on. At first I thought it was my controller acting up but after some testing I'm pretty sure it's the relay. It is not responding to changes made through the desktop or android client apps. I have power cycled the RA head unit and main relay along with the add on relay with no effect, when I disconnect the vga cable on the add on relay, all other devices plugged into it power off, but the refugium light relay stays on. Is there an easy fix for this or will it require returning the relay box for repair?

Well I just thumped it a few times with the side of my hand and whatever was stuck came loose. 
It then freely kicked on and off. Guess I'll keep an eye on it for now, but makes me a little nervous that it stuck on, instead of off.

It could have been a power surge or high current load that arc'd the contacts in the relay and stuck them together. How much power are you pulling for the refugium lights? I think those relays are only rated at 10amps. It could also just be a defective relay but sticking on makes me thing there was an arc that stuck them.
At least it was just the refugium light. I would make a note of what port that was and not put anything critical there in the future if you move things around.
