"avrdude: stk500v2" timeout communication error

Hello ramai and fellow reef enthusiasts. I ran into an upload issue the other night and needed some help figuring it out. I have a RA+, 1 relay expansion I just purchased and 1 WiFi expansion. I can upload my previous code fine. But when I try to upload the new code for the relay expansion i get this error:
I have read quite a few articles on the forum about this, http://forum.reefangel.com/viewtopic.ph ... 0v2#p36978 this is the same exact issue I'm having.
After attempting to upload the code, I can always upload my recent code that doesn't include the relay. I have tested the USB/TTL cable data connection with some cable testing devices I have and the cable is fine. I also have made sure that the correct COM Port is selected. And the RA+ receives test code fine. I will try the suggestions mentioned in the other posts when I return home. But I wanted to post this ahead of time in case any new info has arisen since I get back home. Thanks in advance and I'll let you know what the results are when I get home.
