Reef angel dimming module not working

Hi, Please help me.
I previously had woes regarding stray voltage caused by the ungrounded drivers hence I ordered myself a dimming module. Stray voltage was gone pH probe is fixed. Problem now is my dimming module is not working. Even if its 100% the output voltage is still low hence still dim. Please help me.
Im current using library 1.09. Cant use the current library because im still using the reef angel not the plus. Im using the latest dimming module. Is this a compatibility issue? Or do i have a problem between communication of my head unit and expansion module. Please advise

Do you have any control over the dimming or you can't dim at all?

no control over dimming when using the dimming module but when connected to the relay box dimming works but it has stray voltage so no can do.

I may have the wrong wiring. I am using an analog inventronics driver. Followed the instructions regarding the jumper. Where should I wire the positive on the module and the negative wire on the module? thanks

The positive goes to a single channel and the negative goes into any of the 3 GND pins.

How old is your controller?
You may need jumpers. Open the head unit and you will see some jumper headers. All 3 jumpers should be there. If you have only one, you will need to place the other 2.

hi sorry robert. I did not see it was unplugged. I plugged it in and here is my serial monitor. Please advise. I've looked inside the head unit and all 3 are there.

You set one extra jumper inside the dimming module. The jumper that is all by itself should be left alone and not populated. That is the address change jumper.

There is a jumper that is all by itself inside the dimming module.
Do not place a jumper in it.

Do you see the jumper that is all by itself in the top right corner? You should not place anything in there.

I removed it already. How can I test if its detected already?

Send the i2cscanner again. The module should be address 0x40 and not 0x41.
