Loose connection problem

Hey i got my reef angel and got it all programmed but either the controller it self or the cable coming from the box to the controller is not connecting properly i had to hold the cable on while programming it . i think there is something loose in the controller , cause now i set it up on the tank and it just keeps cutting out . Rimai i tryed to send a PM but iv only just joined and i cant work out how to do it . Thanks mate . Matt

Yeah, you will be able to PM when you reach 2 posts
Are you talking about the communication cable that comes from the relay box to the head unit?
One easy way to find out if it is the cable or the head unit itself is by turning the cable around where you plug the end that was on the controller into the relay box and vice versa.
If the issue moves to the relay box, it is the cable, otherwise, it is head unit.
Let me know what you find out.
