LED drivers power source

I am just checking that I am correct in my assumptions.
I have 5 different PWM drivers. They are built into a box hanging off the back of the aquarium stand. I am going to power them by direct wiring together to a outlet in the wall, i.e. they will NOT go onto the reef angel outlet box and thus not be controlled (in terms of 120 V power) by Reef Angel. I have the PWM expansion box, this will basically turn the lights on and off, the drivers will use basically zero power when PWM value is 0, i.e. off. In this way I avoid taking up a ton of space on the Reef Angel box, and don't overload a relay by in-rush current load on power up. Seems like this must be how everyone with multiple drivers is doing this.
Thanks .... a simple yes is good enough if I am correct and this will work.
