Does this reset at midnight?

In other words, if it is a number not divisible evenly by 24 hours in a day, is the last dose skipped, or will it offset the next day?

I believe in the current state it will offset, but I'm not 100% sure

It resets at midnight.
So, if it is not even, you will get the last dose and the first dose (always midnight) with a little less time apart from each other.
