Portal Settings Not Working

the triggers i have set up int he portal are not showing up anymore. i made some changes yesterday and now today i cannot see anything in the portal. i added one just now and saved it but still don't see it. the changes to the tanks and the triggers are causing the RA to send me emails and text messages every hour and i cant stop it. please help.
