I was wondering if the offset starts at the beginning of the dosing or after dosing has ceased.

For example

Dosing pump 1: Doses for 11 minutes per hour with 0 offset
Dosing pump 2: Doses for 20 minutes with a 10 minute offset

Which one will happen?

Outcome 1:

00:00 - Dosing pump 1 turns on and doses for 11 minutes (until 00:11)
00:10 - Dosing pump 2 turns on and doses for 20 minutes (until 00:30)

Outcome 2:
00:00 - Dosing pump 1 turns on and doses for 11 minutes (until 00:11)
00:21 - Dosing pump 2 turns on and doses for 20 minutes (until 00:41)

From beginning of dosing, which is 00:00.
So, you would get outcome 1
