PH Probe interference

I finally calibrated my ph probe. Got 7 and 10 calibration solution and that went well.
I then put my probe in the sump and I noticed my ph was high 8.6 and then climbed to 9. I figured the water didn't have that high of ph.
So i started trying to diagnose it. When i turn all the relays to off the ph probe goes down to 8.2 - 8.3. I turn one item on at a time and everything is good until i turn either my power heads or my protein skimmer on. Then It starts to climb.
The weird part is when i turn those off it doesn't go back down. It only goes back if I turn off all the relays.
Everything is mounted to the side of the stand on the outside via velcro. I have both the lights and the reefangel hooked into a gfci protector.
Any ideas?
