Plugin not working on my iMac

Good morning,
After a few years of running the ReefAngel Plus, I need to reconfigure the software.
My plugin for the web wizard no longer works. I download the plugin from within the web wizard, but it fails to install on my iMac.
Is there a trick to get it installed?
