Greetings

For years I have been using RA Plus controler connected to my Wifi via Wifi adaper and live on the portal with port forwarding with no issues

I recently purchaed an RA* to set up for a new tank wich I was able to configure via the Web Wizard but uable to get to connect to the cloud server / uapp

THe RA* is connected to my router via a Apple Airport express, I see an IP adress for my RA* (I tried a hard wire connection to teh router and still teh same issue)

I am using the same Reef Angel user and PW as my RA plus wich is already connected to the portal could that be the issue ? Do I need to create a new user and pw for the RA*

Try resetting the password on the forum.
It may be that you created your username before the cloud server was implemented.
