Standard PWM not working

Help,

Trying to get up and running.
I have 4 meanwell eln-60-48P drivers I want to use on the two standard PWM channels.
I wired the meanwell dimming wires together(2) in each group.
two for daylight and two for actinic.

The LEDS seem real dim. They should have been on by now.
Anyway to manually override and test them.
They were working on my old controller.

I'm using the two leads plugged in to the right of the PH probe.

Those are ATO ports.
The dimming ports are the ones on the side of the relay box.
Please check the user manual for polarity information.

Roberto on the PWM leads that came with the unit, one set has a + - wires clearly indicated.

The other has wires labeled

Don't go by what they are marked.
Please refer to the user manual for polarity.
