Error uploading Initial Internal Memory

I'm lost. First off I don't know where to post my problem. So here I am. My first question i when installing RA software windows at one point it sez do not have your usb-ttl connected to your computer. Next step it sez to plug it in... Should I have it plugged into the controller for this step or just plug in the cable only with nothing connected on the other end? I didn't hook up the controller in this step. Ok if I'm good so far when I try to upload the first time initial internal memory it sez

If I'm not mistaken, you have an RA+.
You must change the board to Reef Angel Plus Controller under menu Tools->Board
