PH Probe?

Post by treetopflyn »

Any reason the probe would register lower PH when fully submerged? If I only leave in the bottom 2" it reads fine when I totally submerge it the reading is 2.0 lower.

Could it be when it's fully submerged that some of the water is getting the top of the probe where the wires enter causing funny things to happen?

I was just throwing ideas out there. I keep mine submerged but I'm using a lab grade probe that I bought for my Apex.
