No Internal Memory

ok im trying to reinstall my internal memory, but i keep getting a message that serial port COM10 already in use try quitting that program that may be using it. but no other program that i know of is using it. COM3 i get the same msg. what am i doing wrong or what did i do wrong. I wanted to restore to controller to factory default and customize it differently

Looks like the RA software is not finding the USB/TTL lead. Try reinstalling the RA software and make sure that the lead is not pluged into the USB port untill the on screen message tells you to do so.

I have had this a couple of times and the above got it working for me.

To reset to factory defaults use the wizard under tools in the Arduino app.

Thanks... i figured thats what it was but didnt wanna screw anything up.. it worked, just have to upload INO Code now.. i love this forum already....
