Post by emict326 »

my wifi had been working great with the ability to control from a computer. today it stopped working the portal gives me "unreachable address" the light still blinks green and the cell phone app will not work. i put it back on the computer and tried to reset it with no luck. i tried to go back thought the wizard and it gives me ip address of 0.0.0.0 i have no idea what to do from hear. i opened the unit to do a hard reset and there are no jumpers in the unit?

push button and the jumper is the same thing.
If it is not blinking blue, it is most likely connected to your router.
Try logging into the router to verify.

Do you have a Fios router?
Did you try the firmware upgrade?
