Followed the instructions in the pdf, fired up Tera Term and cannot connect. Tried 9600 and 57600 baud still no dice. Can get the util/wizard to connect, but I want to setup a static ip and not use dhcp. Also tried resetting to factory and still no luck w/ Tera Term.
Thoughts?
Thanks!!!
cant connect to wifi adapter via terminal
Re: cant connect to wifi adapter via terminal
Make sure you are connecting to the correct com port.
Then, to enter command mode, you must type $$$
If you did factory reset, it will default to 9600 baud, but if you ran the wifi utility, it will be changed to 57600 baud.

Re: cant connect to wifi adapter via terminal
Thanks Roberto! I love a challenge! The Wifi Util had left the adapter in 57600, despite reseting to factory. Thought I had tried this baud value prior, I was waiting for some confirmation of connection, by just pounding "$$$" everything worked! By the way some on the integer values for the wlan auth setup in your guide have changed! I would definitely recommend that anyone wanting to config their adapter through the terminal checkout the manufacturers document for a complete command reference (links in the RA setup guide)!
