Rooting Hisense Sero 7 Pro

Has anyone here rooted their Sero 7 Pro? Seems fairly easy to do, and the results look amazing. I'm still new to Android devices...

Which one are you looking at? I've glanced at the one by xboxexpert but haven't felt compelled to do it.

I went ahead and gave it a try. Didn't like it (the custom ROM). Icons smushed together, just seems unfinished. I didn't like the layout with everything at the bottom, either. I ended up going back to stock.

Got it rooted and used the Rom here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpos ... ostcount=3

I really like how easily configurable the Apex launcher is and how easy it all is to do. Now that said, this is my first Android device, so maybe that's par for the course...

I didn't notice anything with the icons smushed... I have my grid set at 8x4 in portrait. I do like getting rid of the screenshot button... seems to be no need for that.
