Unable to connect to my computer or RA portal

RA was installed correctly. Uploaded the InitialInternal Memory. Used the wizard to get my outlets set up. System is running fine.

Now I cant connect to the RA portal or my computer. Have I missed a step??? Connection status says "Unreachable Address"

I have the wi-fi attachment that I will be setting up just as soon as I can connect to my computer. Want to get over this hurdle first.

I can't login using the USB from my controller to my CPU?

You can but you need the client installed and working and your gonna do all the port forwarding setup, etc and the. change to the wifi? Just seems like double work. You also need the wifi enabled in the wizard if you didn't then it wont send data through the client.
