I checked if the cable ttl but I see that the PC reads it fine.
I tried uninstalling all inclusive folder arduino from pc and riaviare and reinstall and now gives me new error code: card issue as I have posted picture.
Now what do I do to me the product does not work from a settiamna and yet we have not come to a definitive solution to find the problem and I have big problems with the management of my aquarium for this problem

That wasn't really that much clearer.
What I gather is theres something wrong with your unit that needs repair. You'll need to send a PM to rimai and request an RMA so it can be repaired.
At this point it sounds like its a hardware issue, so remote support is not going to get you any further at this point.

ok I send request RMA now
