Programming Reference or API Guide?

Hello all, I've been searching and following dead ends and in loops to find a programmer's reference for the Reef Angle functions.

I've been looking at the code in the library files, but thought there would be some kind of document that details the top level functions that can be used in the main sketch that pull from the Reef Angel Libraries.

Does such a thing exist?

I saw posts about a PDF guide, but all links seem dead, and there does not seem to be any thing in the github wiki.

Hopefully I'm not missing something obvious!

I'm thinking of pulling everything into a PSPad project. I noticed their is a list of keywords in the github that could be used to setup up Syntax highlighting, auto-complete, and a function tree view.
