keep getting Error while using the wifi utility.

I downsized tanks and I had to move my reef angel to a different room, but I accidentally restarted my router and thats where the problems started. I went to the wifi utility and with my wifi attachment and I started to get error codes and it tells me to unplug it and plug the wifi attachment back in. I tried that a dozen times and still keep getting the erros, I have hit the reset to factory settings button on the attachment and program and still I get the error. I tried uninstalling the program and re installing and that didn't help either. The last option I tried is to go to a different pc and that did not work either. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do?

Is it blinking blue?
Make sure you picked the correct com port. It should be the same one you use to upload codes to RA.
Are you able to upload codes with the same cable?

Slow green and fast blue. I chose the same port that I used to upload the code to the reef angel and I still get an error. I tried the graphical-wifi-utility and still the same thing.
