help. still can't seem to access portal

I set up my reef angel for wifi. I can not seem to access the portal, though. I have a netgear router. I am very a newbie in terms of networking. The IP address I forwarded is the IP address of the wifi controller. (The same address I put in the iphone ap). I'm about to give up after spending hours trying to figure this out....

If your port forwarding is setup correctly, it will say port open when you test port 2000 in here:

No, port forwarding is not working...despite going through all the steps one by one. Now even the wifi is not working to connect to Reef Angel. Nothing is working....I set up a static address....I really need major help.
