how would I attach a tablet to my RA. I am thinking about using a 5-7" tablet dedicated to the unit so I don't have to deal with the small screen of the RA.
Would I need the wifi RA connection? or is there some wiring I could connect to the system to the tablet

Re: using a tablet
people often get a cheap android tablet, mount it next to their tank and use my android app. they have the screen set to always on. then they have my app update every minute to keep a somewhat accurate reading on the tank.
the only downside is any additional communication with the ra may be hindered because of the constant querying by the tablet.

Re: using a tablet
would this work using the web portal?
Re: using a tablet
The app can be set to update every minute. Not sure how often the portal updates.
It seems like the portal times out and quits updating after a period of time as well.

the portal updates every 5 minutes, i believe. i would have to double check to be certain.

Actually looks like it updates every 30 seconds.
