Expansion hub

Post by Ismaclst »

I bought a used expansion hub and I'm having an issue with it. I think it's the connection where the USB plugs in from the relay box. When I plug it in I get no power on the hub. If I wiggle the USB cable where it plugs into the expansion hub, the led power light will flicker. I tried two different USB cable's with the same results.

Buy some good automotive dielectric grease. Silly to think these connection wouldn't corrode. Intended use and a Salt water aquarium are far apart. Protect your investment.

If pin tension get loose. And it will weather you move connector or not. Micro fretting will result in bad connection i.e.:bus lock.
