I can not seem to get it working. I had it on my Iphone 5 and it worked for a bit then it stopped. Now I have a 6 and I can not even get it to do anything.

Make sure to not enter anything on cloud server.
If you have already entered something, delete the profile and adding it again.

Ok I have done that and it still dosent work. I put in the IP address that shows up on portal but what do I put for port

I'm having the same issue, how did you get it resolve? by the way I'm currently in Philippines, my portal still works with iPhone but not with U-App.
