Not sure I follow.
Let's try using your USB-TTL cable instead of the micro usb on the side.
Connect it to the cloud wifi attachment and open serial monitor.
Press and hold the debug then press and release the reset master then release debug.
Do you get anything on monitor this way?
Make sure you are pressing the correct button. It is not the AP Reset on the side of the unit. It is the reset master on the top right corner.
If that doesn't produce anything, you may need to post a video.

i took out my password..... but it was correct


and the failure log keeps repeating

it failed to connected t to cloud server.
It may be because of the username if you are positive the password is correct.
Try changing from EcamFT to ecamFT.

i have a few code questions if you are up for it... Like labels now in the UAPP

also need to code in a swabbie (run every 6 hrs for 20 seconds)
and also still need to do some coding on the skimmer (I have a question out on the how do i code section)

something im noticing is the data is streaming great... but the relay commands keep timing out... the light is still flashing CYAN... and numbers match controller..... but relay commands kepp timing out

looks like we are back to the first problem... the WIFI unit is communicating to ecam and ecamFT on the portal.
Still not sure how...
So since I have it disconnected its showing unreachable address. and when I update in portal.. nothing happens

You are looking at something else that we are not.

Oh, I think I know what you are seeing.
You must have the port forwarding 2000 sent to your cloud WiFi IP address and not the standard wifi

The cloud WiFi is still able to respond to requests on port 2000 just like the old one.

I never did any port forwarding on cloud ?

Only thing being forwarded the original wifi and they both have Seperate ip.

Check your router and see where port 2000 is being forward to.
I bet it is to the ip address of cloud wifi if you are saying that you are seeing data from ecamFT.
An easy way to check is to browse to http://yourexternalipaddress:2000/r99
And see what it comes up with.
Change yourexternalipaddress to your external ip address shown in the portal.
