Relay Expansion USB Port Usable?

If I connect a second relay box via a relay expansion off of an expansion hub connected to the primary relay box, is the open USB expansion port on the second relay box usable for an additional expansion module?

Well, for those of you who are curious, I tested this yesterday, and it appears the USB port is unusable on the relay expansion.
