Help in updating RA STAR Firmware

Hi, sorry to say this but Im not a programer or a code person.
I'm more into visual graphics like photoshop, illustrator, etc.
I need some help how to update the firmware of my RA STAR.
Im using a MacBook Air. I would need a step by step instruction.
and also how do I confirm if what I did is correct how do I know
what is the current latest firmware update version.

If you upload your code with the web wizard, you will always have the latest.
