client suite install problem

on install, im getting an "error 1001 cannot start ReefAngelLogger on computer '.'. --> The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

winxp sp3, reefangel controller software installed, ragen installed, can upload to controller (usually takes a couple tries)

amy ideas?

Try uninstalling, then deleting the folder "c:\program files\reefangel\reefangel client suite"
open command prompt and type the following commands:
sc delete ReefAngelListener
sc delete ReefAngelLogger
Install again

did all that, still cant get and install...

C:\DOCUME~1\REEF1>sc delete reefangellistener
[SC] OpenService FAILED 1060:

got it, turns out i only had 4.0 dotnet installed. i needed the 3.5 sp1 as well
