Driver installation issue

I am trying to set up my new RA+ and started by downloading the software for computer, unfortunetly i keep getting the following error code:
"No ports were found, please check if your cable is properly pugged in and click the Back button twice to repeat the driver installation process"

I have tried this several times in different ports, no luck. I rebooted the compuer, no change, I also uninstalled and reinstalled software....no luck.

When i go my control panel on the computer in does recognize when I have the usb cable plugged/unplugged.

Also, searched the forums, no luck

I am running Windows - any advise?

Try installing the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.

As of now, the latest version is this:
