Program upload : not in sync problem

Hi

Greeting everyone. I just got my new controller, It's Basic set.
Got some problem with code upload. Everytime I tried to upload sketch I alwasy got below

I had set board setting to Board --> Reef Angel controller
Anythink else do I need to set? (Programmer, Buad rate.) To make upload successful.

Roberto he is using a standard RA 32k

I think it is. As when connected USB com7 is automatic display in the list. And when I try to upload. It's does not complain on connection error at all.

No, Is is only 1 port to display and select.
BTW
- what is programmer should I use currently default at AVRISP MrkII
- Anything to do with this --> Overriding Baud Rate : 115200
Is it should be --> 57600 If yse how to change it?
